With the help of the mist, they made ties and helped one another with problems. One day a hidden mist spy was found in the village. This outraged Tsukidaru and he got in an argument with the mizukage. they didn't associate with each other and tension grew between the villages again.
a few months later he learned of plans the mist had for the village and the village of the shadows. as he is the
guy/lord of his village and people look up to him, he didn't react. he realized though that he needed to do something cause hes not going to let them carrier out their plan.
Now Tsukidaru is deciding wheather to use previous ties and rise against the mist. Right now would be best because they are at they're prime but they could be better and they need more ninjas. thats why tsukidaru's to collecting more ninjas and training
the anbu and jonin for a war is possible. on top of the new problems his parents are extremely ill and are being cared for in a
medical center. this is a lot of stress and it will be alot to deal with later as well but he is ready to stay strong.

[/size][/b][/blockquote][/blockquote] yes, some[/color][/quote] I know i havent looked at the rest of the profile but it says that the mizukage had sent a spy in, but I would have been the Mizukage by then and this wouldnt be something my character would do. He also says he would use leaf village ties against Kirigakure in the war and in my background i reference a tie to the leaf village so it conflicts with a background already accepted so i have to ask that some of this be changed. |

its a possible war one and two this is suspected to be a spy of the mist like i said i heard of a spy and i killed him and he said he was of the mist this does not make this true of the mist its of word of the spy. and it didnt say i used the tie with the leaf against them it said asking for help such as ninjas or some thing or food and in any case THEY ARE TO STAY NEUTRAL IN AN EVENT WHERE TWO DIFFERENT VILLLAGES WITH TIES TO A VILLAGE IS TO STAY NEUTRAL AND NOT TAKE SIDES.

NOTE THIS FOR ANY ONE LOOKING AT MY PERSON IF FIXED IT JUST FOR RIKU IF U GOT A PROBLEM WITH ITS LENGTH TAKE IT UP WITH HER THAT GOES FOR YOU TOO SATO THIS ISNT ONE ME NOW THIS IS ALL ON HER CAUSE APPARENTLY MY HISTORY WAS CONFLICTING WITH HERS SO DONT TELL ME ITS TOO SHORT OR ILL GO CRAZY

History seems fine, I dont know about the whole spy and war thing with riku but ill let that be settled eventually. And the jutsu, can you please organize them into elemental categories. Other than those two, it looks fine to me.

And Itake... most of the time, for kages, Daimyos, and Jounin+ ranked characters... it takes a while for it to be approved.
