itake is a short muscular young man. his hair is short and spikey and is red.
he wears a white robe with blue trim. he wears a tight white shirt with nets underneath his robe with
compartments with which he carries weapons. he also wears tight white leather pants with which uses to
more of his weapons. he wheres the same kind of sandals as jiraiya. on his back, he carries a scroll.
this is the scroll to summon tsukitsune a three tailed fox.

History:

Young Life ---Itake Mitaro was born in the moon country in the middle of a crisis. During this crisis
the villages business was at a stand-still. This left him growing up in a poor family. Because of the hard times, he was
sent away to many different ninja academies.

Academy Life --- there he learned how to control his chakra precisely and how to use his
kekkai genkai, the mark of the moon. This is a birth mark that allows him to see any where during the harvest moon
and any where in the nearby villages during a full moon.
In the academies, he also learned how to control and not strain his kekkai genkai. At the various academies he learned different elements and studied with a few clans.

Genin Life --- When he moved on from academies, he went into the world away from the villages. he lived in the forest training and working on his jutsus. he then headed to the leaf village and from there learned under the hokage. here he perfected his chakra control making using jutsus easier and less consuming. after his studies in the leaf he headed to the Wind, Water, and over to the shadow villages. in these villages he learned and perfected his wind water and ice jutsus and gained advanced Air control. when the chuunin exams rolled around he was lost and no one could find him. when he returned after the chuunin exams later he was called away.

Chuunin Life --- During the time period in which he had ran away, he had gone to train more thinking he had missed the chuunin exams, itake returned to the leaf village. he ended up taking the exams and passing. while there he was put onto a squad for the exams. this is how he met Mizume later to be his assisstant and daisuke later to be head of the moon villages anbu. these three friends kept themselves going even in the bad times. this inspired itake not to give up when situations were bad. after the exams he train with his new friends and they became best friends and even trained under the jonin together. one day in their train the topic of being in a high power position came up and they made a pact not to loose sight of their friendship.

Special Jounin/Alternative Path Life --- while he studied in the various villages he learned under various jonin and asked to learn from the scrolls. although they wouldnt allow him to learn from the scrolls, they allowed him to be taught some of the various jutsus such as the Shadow clone jutsu and the ice clone jutsu. after his years of study in the various villages he was called back to gatsu No kuni and sent to gatsugakure No Sato to become there Daimiyo. there he trained for many years as a jonin under the Damiyo of the moon. when the Damiyo passed away, Itake was given the command. this was because he was the most qualified out of the moon village and had a calm nature. these, however, were minor reasons, the true reason was his mark of the moon, that birth mark on my back. the Damiyo before him had it. this mark is associated with being a protector and having the protective eyes.

Jouinin Life ---

Kage/Village Leader Life --- After his evaluation and updates he was ready to take up the job. after about 3years another crisis
broke out. the new crisis was the shortage of ninjas and a possible attack by a village or some power looking to take over. he needed to find a way to get ppl into being ninjas and still keep it quiet. this was all on top of the crisis that hadn't been solved in the first place too. he had his hands full and was becoming extremely stressed. Now he has to deal with money loss and his parents are extremely ill and are being cared for in a
medical center. this is a lot of stress and it will be alot to deal with later as well but he is ready to stay strong. Later Itake went into a hermit like status and trained in solitude. there he pefected his moon jutsus and abilities and increased his speed. when he revealed himself back, his parents were fine and out of the medical center. now all he needed was to help with the money problems and the ninjas. after discusing trading with the major villages and other countries, he finally ended the money crisis. now the final part he need to attend is the shinobi shortage which is still in affect.
later itake got bored and left his village. he ventured out into the forest while out he encountered an assassin. this assassin attacked him and tried to kill him to keep him from getting help. the assassin didnt know he was a daimiyo with the way he was dressed. one quick and easy move and he killed the assassin. still filled with adrenalin, itake ran out into the forest further. not finding anything, his adrenalin gone, and nightfall soon to come he was forced to sleep in a tree for the night. not wanting to go back Itake kept going. after another day a walking jogging running and walking again Itake stopped in a small port village he stayed there and decided that the village will be fine until he would return,

Kekkai Genkai: mark of the moon, a mark that allows the user to see any where they need to or want during the harvest moon. they can see the surrounding villages during a full moon. when its over they become extremely exauhsted. their movement is slowed. however, this is if the jutsu is used for an extended period of time. If used in quick bursts to see around the villages its less harmfull. when used in battle the focus is divided therefore the stress is greater and more damaging. Exactly how this mark is aquired is unknown. the mean of the mark is protector. the only know reason to have this mark is to protect over something some one or a great populous. many people with this have been Kages, daimiyos, and look outs. it used to be thought if you had this mark you would be sent to the heavens to be a god and watch over thier village. the mark its self is different per person. it is possible to find ppl with the same form though. the mark could be a crescent moon on one person and a full moon on another. the mark also isnt stationary per person. one person could have it on there back while another could have it on thier arm. it also doesnt seem to be blood line related but rather a choosing and can be traced through families but not many most break off around the last three centuries.
