Village:Konoha
Influence:They are A series odd people and not many left in the clan as many were killed during a raid by several ninja from another country,but some are anbu and have strong will
History:during a war the naruka clan were invaded by ninja from another village and many were killed it is beleived that the former head of the famaily(Raiko Naruka's farther)was the lead of it.now there are two brothers that despise eachother and wish too become the next leader
several of the naruka clan joined the former clan leader and experimented on children from different villages to create the wolf shinobi but failed until he used his own son and it succeded his temper would get out of control and he could turn into a black and white wolf.
Kekkai Genkai: The kekkei genkai a doujutsu that turns the eyes red and white 4 diagonal lines going from a white circle.the raigangi allows the user to control lightning and bend it to there will but also to improve both speed and strength by seeing a after image of there next move
