Overview: This Team is a group of ninjas who serve no specific Village. They are bounty hunters, but will exchange information with the ANBU if any knowledge of assault is obtained. Because they work so close with the ANBU, they are less restricted than most Bounty Hunters. They are somewhat of double agents, planning to attack, and destroy Leaf Village.

I'm sorry but that would never work, im not saying it is a bad idea, i'm saying that literally, it would not work. For one, ANBU specialize in protecting their kage, as well as the village, and i'm not sure they would find it funny that you would be working with you on that, even if they DIDN'T know you were attacking the village. I mean, im sure that you would not reveal the information, but ANBU do not even do that, they are assigned to protect the kage which is why they are so close. Plus, for it to work, you would actually need an real PC ANBU operative.

They more specifically just give information about the bounty'd ninjas restricted in a manner which the normal bounty hunter would not be able to learn. It is, in one way, a way to assist the safety of the Hokage, being as there is a better chance to catch and kill the ninja

No ANBU would get together with any group that´s not from them. And you being bounty hunters won´t make it easier. You would be seen as a nuisance as you disrupt the business of the ANBU of Konoha.

In the perspective I'm going from, they assist the anbu in catching many wanted criminals. The Bounties set up by the anbu are all they're really after, or all the anbu thinks they're after. Now if you're gonna say that you have to be anbu to collect bounties, I'm going to prove you increadibly wrong

The ANBU is an organisation, which is acting under the lead of the kage and they collect teh bvounty for their village to fund it and get funded. Therefore thevillage takes on requests. Do you want to tell me, they are wiliing to give an amount to some shadowy organization?

Overall, what Harris is trying to say, is that they are protecting the village from the outside, rather than the inside, like the ANBU. I think this could work, and plus, who cares if they are trying to take over the village, its plot, and isn't that all what we are striving for?

Getting back to the real subject though, this should be approved, and I could see why it would only be for the leaf village, seeing as the mist has their mist raiders. The sound village have the sound four, the grass village have a special group, cannot recall the name, but I think that is all, this is only adding onto the "secret organizations" that other villages have, I do not have any problem with it, so once more, I shall say, Accepted.

But I have to talk against you, since you don´t seem to understand. Harris, you begin to speak **** again. You don´t need money. Don´t make me laugh. You have stated in goals to become rich. On which way? Criminal activities? What do you think, that the ANBU wouldn´t look at it´s partners hands first? I think so, so my denied i standing.

They take orders from the leaders. currently, the orders are to get bounties for the anbu. Eventually, the actual members (who in the previous case are the leaders) will send orders to invade Konah

Thanks Kai. Here is why I see it why it would work. The ANBU working on conjunction with the bounty hunters, so that they have nothing to worry about. These people, the bounty hunters are working with the leaf village in order to keep it safe, but I guess I can contradict myself for a bit. Harris, you are basically just making a Shinobi Hunters group, and it really isn't needed, i'm sorry for actually even stating before that it could not have worked, because it could, but, every village has shinobi hunter, and im not sure if the leaf village would actually need an outside source.

Yes, but for it to become approved, you need to change the way your doing it. Of course you can have the inside ninja who are working with you, aka the leaf ninja, but the goal of being bounty hunters, I do not see it working. Why not just join my organization, we are basically doing the same thing, but to every village.
