not only in Konoha there were experiments on people. After teh war to strengthen the position of the land again, a fanatic scientist began experimenting on people. He gathered many with strange abilities, but all he got at the end was bodies and dismembered ones. This had gone already a few years and the ninja, experimenting was nearly found out. But with the last of his strength, he killed the ones who had came to destroy the facility. And it was a facility for real. He had alreay gotten many fellows and was inhabiting even mercenarys to fight off whoever would come. He had also gathered many sccientists, working on the project to create th perfect ninja.
But one day, there was a breach. Some mist ninja had breached in and had killed many inside, in an attempt to rescue their kidnapped family members, clearly taken here. As they were standing in front of one of the machines, they were astounished, or better horrified, it was a tube filled with corpses. A small light was shining from the inside, purple throbbing, like a heart slowly throbbing. But then, one of the scientists pressed a button, suddenly a gate was opened in the tube and the light stopped throbbing. The corpses suddenly vanished and a little girl was looking out of the tube right at the ninja. Purple eyes looking at the group of ninja with emotionless eyes.
She was naked, pale and had weird marks all over her body. Like she was stitched together. One of the female members ran toward her in an attempt to cover her with her robe. But she suddenly stopped, as if held by someone. Then suddenly blood spurted out of countless wounds and the ninja fell to the ground. The same awaited the other ninja. After this incident, the facility was under heavy attacks from time to time and eventually finally was taken down, there were only two left. The little girl at the age of 10 and her watch person. Someone blind, an old granny, who had taught her morals and some ethics. She was taken into society again and with her the little child.
After only half a year, the granny died and the little girl under the name of Aihi was left alone. While this time, some had become friends with the granny, but the little girl was just creepy, every attempt of her getting friendly failed on her weird appearance. The always distant, seemingless empty eyes. Even her character was weird. She didn´t liked to talk and even though she was very athlethic and good looking, no one ever made friends with her.
Kekkai Genkai: Ashi Pa-puro Teissen Chouin (One thousand evil sealing purple hands)
The user of this gains two things. First the ability to draw out something like anti chakra. The complete opposite of chakra, they can rip even jutsu apart with this. Or sealing away ones power for a bit. Also they are able to let hands appear everywhere.
Everyday life: There is only one member so far. This member lives in Kirigakure and has become a member of the society there.
