As most Role-Playing websites come with, ND has a set of rules that must be followed by all times. Failure to do so may result in a warning, temporary ban, or Account Deletion! The rules apply to all members, new old, and even staff. Here at ND, we want to make this a great RP site. So please, have fun, and do impress us with your skills.

Basic Rules

No God-Modding

We cannot stress this enough! God-Modding is when you never take hits; you have an ULTIMATE defense Jutsu; You perform 15 actions in one post; you claim to have unavoidable techniques... and you perform Jutsu higher than your current Rank.

Respect Everyone

If we see anybody disrespecting anyone, especially the staff members, we will give you a warning by temporarily banning you. That goes for the new members too.
-disrespect a member-1 Warning, next is a 12hour ban.
-disrespect a staff-No warnings, 24hour ban.

Kanai's(Venny) Rules:
If I "see or hear" of a person disrespecting a woman, staff and member alike, you will be permanently banned. No Warnings, No Ifs, Ands,Buts...I will not tolerate that. So everything here will be accounted for.

-Hitting a Woman(Ban4Life)
-Assaulting a Woman(Ban4Life)
-Verbally Abusing a Woman(Ban4Life)
-Threatening a Woman(Ban4Life)

These rules are simple and clean, so I expect you to follow the Code of Chivalry

Posting Sizes

We do not want to see two sentences in each post; it just tells us that you are not committed to the site. We want committed people of all skills. Even if your RP-ing skill level isn't as well as other people, please do not be discouraged. There are plenty of people, including myself and several staff members who can help you make a better RP post.

Ranking Up

All new members will have to start off as an Academy student. But don't fret! I can assure you that the requirements of ranking up won't be huge.

Academy Student

This is the rank everyone starts off as. While at this rank, you will participate in your villages classrooms, run by either a Chuunin RP-er or an NPC.

Graduation Requirements:

-- Collect a total of 10 Role playing posts.
-- Have attended a class.
-- Used any of the three basic Jutsu

Genin

This rank insures that you are now an important member of the village. You get a metal headband with the symbol of your village. You are also assigned to a squad with a Jounin NPC or a RP Jounin.


Graduation Requirements

--Collected a Total of 25 RP posts
--Done at least one D or C ranked mission
--Passed the Chuunin Exams

Chuunin

At this rank, you have more responsibilities for your village. You can learn more Jutsu, teach a class, or lead a Genin Squad in a mission. AT this rank, you may start hunting down missing-nin for bounties; you may start training for the Anbu special Ops team; you may start training in medical Ninjutsu.

Anbu Black Ops Requirements

--Undergo the special Anbu training and pass the examinations.
--Have excellent stealth, speed, and intelligence.

Medical Ninjutsu Requirements

--Undergo the stages of Medical Ninjutsu
--Have a great Chakra control

Graduation Requirements

--50 RP posts
--Done at least 3 Missions ranks D-B
--Taught a Class at the Academy

Special Jounin

A class of specialized Shinobi. Usually in one aspect of combat. Though these Shinobi are a higher rank than Chuunin, they are below the rank and skill of a Jounin.

Ranking up Requirements

-- 75 RP posts
-- At least 5 completed Missions Ranks D-A

Jounin

This is considered to be the highest rank a Shinobi can obtain. A shinobi of this rank can now learn any Jutsu Ranking E-S. Jounin are extremely gifted and have much more experience than a Specialized Jounin would. At this rank, Jounin may lead Genin squads and prepare them for the Chuunin Exams.

Special Ranks

Sannin

A special rank which is only given to a special few. Though this is not official a rank, it is more of a title and thus should be respected as a title. Sannin are exceptionally skilled Shinobi. There have only been three ever. It takes a lot to become a Sannin, and its a title not easily obtained.

Rank Requirements
-- Special Permission From Staff
-- A Specialized Technique (Meaning this specialty is superior than others because of the time you took to train it)
-- 200 posts or more

Daimyo

A Daimyo is the leader of one of the minor villages. Though this leader is not a Kage, a Daimyo can rival the power of a Kage... the only difference is that Kage's have more Jutsu in which they can learn.



Rank Requirements
-- Permission from Staff
-- Over 250 posts (Or if a case comes up, earlier)
-- Defeat the current Daimyo if village already has one

Kage

Indeed, the greatest title that a Shinobi can come across. A Kage is the shadow that protects the village. The strongest and greatest of all the Shinobi. The duties of the Kage are to assign missions, keep treaties intact, and sustain communications with the other villages.



Rank Requirements
-- Over 275 posts
-- Permission from Staff
-- If Village has a Kage, must defeat that Kage.

Medical Ninja

Medical Shinobi have trained in a special ninjutsu. This ability allows the user to heal themselves and their allies. This can also injure, internally, the opponent with just a touch. Most Medical Ninja are reserved for the hospital, but there are special Ninja that go out in missions to aide other Shinobi



Requirements
-- Must Start Training at Genin
-- Complete the Training Steps
-- Must Have Chakra Control
-- 1. Practice On Small Dead/Hurt Things
-- 2. Practice Of Large Dead/Hurt Things
-- 3. Complete the Ultimate Step by Revive/Heal A Human-Being.

Hunting-Nin

A group of specialized Shinobi who have mastered the Art of Assassination and stealth. This group go out on special missions to either kill or retrieve a criminal. They have special gear which is worn by all Shinobi, and is usually hidden underneath a coat. They also have specialized weapons to aide them in their art.



Requirements
-- Must be selected by Kage/Daimyo
-- Must be atleast Chuunin
-- Proficient in the Art of Stealth and Assassination

All new members must take this test so we can view and grade your rp-skills.... this will be confidential and will be sent to you in form of a PM. Your grade will determine your highest rank you can start off with.

The Test

It truly has been a hundred years of peace between countries. The tournaments being a great sense of pride, sending in their best Shinobi's into a match with one of the best from another Country. There have been nothing like this in so long and it seems that the worlds are finally at peace. You are spotted by other members of your village and are asked to join them. For what purpose... completely up to you.

Your Objective

Write a detailed rp post. You may RP at any rank, use any technique, and have as many NPC's as you like. No Canon Characters, they're all dead, the Canon clans are still alive, so you may post using NPC's of those clans. Make it good.

Your Grade

A+ (RARE) = Jounin
A (Semi Rare) = Special Jounin
B (Uncommon) = Chuunin
C (Common) = Genin
D (Unlikely) = Academy Student
Fail (What? Never) = Retest, After Practice


Your grade will determine your highest obtainable rank.

However, some special prizes can only be rewarded when you rank up... Those prizes have been determined as so.

D-Rank Jutsu(All Ranks Permitted)
C-Rank Jutsu(Genin/Chuunin/Special-Jounin/Jounin)
B-Rank Jutsu(Chuunin/Special-Jounin/Jounin)
A-Rank Jutsu(Special-Jounin/Jounin)
S-Rank Jutsu(Jounin/Daimyo/Kage)


All Jutsu Ranks must be followed, so If we see a Genin with a B-Rank Jutsu, it will be automatically denied until fixed.

Remember! All Uchiha/Hyuuga Applications MUST be Professional....We dont want people who just want the Sharingan or Byakugan for personal reasons, History must be Good and Ranking RP Post must be decent.
