A visit from Satoshi

[Satoshi]

((This thread takes place about a month before the start of the Chuunin Exams.))

Its been a while since Satoshi last came here to Kirigakure. Though he is sure that the Mizukage would be worried him, staying up at night training his Genin to the bone. Though he often doesn't like her worrying about him, it gives him a sense of strength to come to her feeling the best he could whenever he goes to see her. He tries hard to put a perfect smile around her, but she has figured somethings out about him. Somethings aren't always exactly as they appear. Even so, Satoshi still assures her that he is always doing ok.

He quickly approached the front door of the Mizukage mansion. People were waving at Satoshi, friendly as if they already knew him. Honestly, who wouldn't wave at the man who is going out with the Kage of their village? Satoshi would certainly wave at the person dating his Kage. He cracked a smile and entered the doors slowly. He was immediately stopped by one of the guards. After a quick inspection, the guard recognized him and pointed him to the Kage's office.

Sato-san, you've worried the Kage. How long has it been since you came to visit? Satoshi lowered his head a bit and probably made a gesture that looked like a shrug, maybe it wasn't. Satoshi kept walking along the hallways. He knew that he'd get a scolding from Riku. To him, it didn't matter, just to see her again before the Chuunin Exams would be great. It'll be another month before he'll get the chance to spend time with her.

How long has it been? Days? Weeks? A month? Satoshi has had no time to keep time. His Genin team must be all ready for this exam, having to be with them during missions. Continuously training and training; it got to Satoshi. Indeed he missed Riku; hopefully she will be merciful and forgive him from not showing up earlier.

He made it to the front door of her office. He picked up his chin, slowly opened the door, walked in and put a big smile on his face as he closed the doors behind him.

[Riku]

Riku had been sitting at her desk all day doing the tedious work set in front of her as kage. The main thing that she had been doing was looking over the IDs of the genin being sent for the Chuunin exam. The other task she had been doing was looking over the missions being applied for by citizens that needed odd tasks done. She began to separate a few of the missions into the categories of D rank and C rank missions. The higher rank missions she would save for later to put into their respective ranks after reading both the description and who was applying for the mission.

This was all relatively simple, but it was time consuming and as a ninja she wasn’t used to paperwork like this. She’d much rather be training or even teaching students. The thought of the students brought her dear Sato to mind especially since they hadn’t seen each other in quite a while. As soon as the thought of Sato had come to mind footsteps and talking could be heard out in the hallway. It was most likely a visitor asking for special acceptance of a high rank mission.

The guard seemed only to give the person a short search or maybe he hadn’t searched him at all. In that case it could only be a select few people that were coming in to bother her while she was at work. The door crept open and the person that had walked through was on her mind and probably the last person she had originally thought it could be. With a jump of excitement she had gotten up from the desk and had launched the desk with a simple push to the other side of the room, the impact with the wall left a large hole where the first desk corner had hit.

Running forward Riku put her arms around Sato-kun squeezing as she placed her lips against the lips of Sato-kun to form a complete bond through a kiss. Riku kept her lips against his for several seconds to delve in the moment for as long as time would allow her. Finally pulling away from Sato she looked into his eyes, and pushed herself forward to kiss him again. She wanted to talk to him so bad, so she began to talk when she pulled away from the second kiss. After she finally had her mouth free from Sato she began to speak, “Hun, What kind of students do you have that keeps you from visiting? I know you’re getting them ready for the exam but you could make them hike here more often.”

As soon as she said this she began to pout, and she pulled him close to her body again before he could respond to her comment.

[Satoshi]

He walked into her office, expecting a rant of evilness. Instead he witnessed the desk fly across the room and Riku rushing over to his, wrapping her arms around him and kissing him instantly. He missed her hugs and her warm embrace. He certainly had made her worried, perhaps a bit scared, perhaps a bit lonely. He responded as he placed his hands on her hips and kissed her back sweetly. She pulled away slightly, only to be kissed again and again, he responded by kissing back. He could only imagine how much worry he has imposed into her.

“Hun, What kind of students do you have that keeps you from visiting? I know you’re getting them ready for the exam but you could make them hike here more often.” The tone of her voice was almost needing, but when she pouted, it was clear to him that it was only because she missed him so. He smiled as she leaned up against his warmth, he kissed the top of her head as he took in her presence again after so long.

"I can't help but get them as ready as possible. I want them to succeed in the exams and become Chuunin. However, it seems that only one will be able to make it in time for the exams. I don't bring them here because its a long walk and I'd like them to rest so they can fully recover for the next big mission." He had a calm voice that gently hummed through his lips. He knew that this would be the last time he'll see her before the exams. He stepped back and took a good look at the proud Mizukage.

"Once the exams are over, I'll be visiting more often, so you don't have to worry much. You'll be visiting Konoha for the first time, and I'll show you around." He smiled as he placed his hand against her cheek. He doesn't want to end this day in a bad note, so he would do anything to please her, to make her happy and anxious to see him again.

[Riku]

Riku kept her attention focused on Satoshi as he spoke even though she planned on holding him for much longer than she already had. "Once the exams are over, I'll be visiting more often, so you don't have to worry much. You'll be visiting Konoha for the first time, and I'll show you around." She knew about this much better than he did because with her duties as kage and him teaching students it would be near impossible for them to meet back up until then. With this brought up though it gave her the perfect moment to pull herself back into a hug. Once he was pulled into a hug she leaned up to kiss him again lightly.

When she had pulled away from his mouth she began to speak, “I know we have to wait until the Chuunin exams until we can meet again after this, but it's hard to think about something like that.” Riku snuggled her head to rest on Satoshi’s chest. She was getting comfortable with Satoshi being here, and she didn’t want him to leave anytime soon but knowing him he would need to leave to be on time to train his genin students. After only a few minutes with Sato she had grown accustomed to having him in her arms even though he had only been there for a few minutes.

The moment slowly progressed as wind blew through the window lifting her hair and the drapes that covered the window. The weather was nice yet she hadn’t even thought of moving outside for the fact that they were stuck in the moment. Her mouth opened slightly so she could talk, “Hun, how long do you think you’re gonna stay until you go back to teach your students?”

She just needed to ask him, because it was on her mind and she wanted him to stay long so she could sit with him. The thought of him going back to Konoha left her heart heavy, but hopefully he would be able to stay for a while so she could talk a bit with him about what had been happening since his last visit.

[Satoshi]

Satoshi lowered his head a bit; hearing her voice like that only made him feel worse. He never really meant to make anyone worry about him so much. He understood how much he cared for her, and why he trusts her so much. To hurt her would be the last thing he'd ever want to do. He wrapped his arms around her and embraced her fully for as long as the moment would allow them. He then heard her speak out again.

“Hun, how long do you think you’re gonna stay until you go back to teach your students?” He looked down at her with a peaceful smile. He knew that his response would definately cheer her up since she has sounded a bit depressed ever since he got there. He didn't say anything at first but purposely to build up the excitement. He softly kissed her forehead and gently lifted her face to meet his.

With a sweet whisper and soft soft, he spoke to her. I'll be staying here for about a few days. I told my Genin to take a few days off to enjoy themselves for a while. When I get back it'll be intense training non stop. He wasn't so sure if he had shared a bit too much to her, the message was to ensure her that he'd be staying and needed a place to sleep. A few days here, and I'll need a place to sleep. He pulled his face back so casually, and gave her a soft smile as he gently brushed her cheek.

Since I got here, have I mentioned how lovely you look today? He smiled as he removed his forehead protector. He leaned his forehead against Riku's and closed his eyes slowly as he wrapped his arms around her again. He breathed in her presence, warming up to it, and enjoying it as much as he can. He realized that it would about a month they'll see each other again. He wanted to spend all this free time with Riku, and make the time the most memorable.

[Riku]

Satoshi seemed to be yearning to spend time together just as much as Riku wanted them to. Each moment he seemed to be trying to cheer her up and it was working quite well in fact that she was in a completely different mood than she was when she started talking to him. He seemed to have this effect on her every time she met up with him. Riku pulled herself into Satoshi’s kiss, as he seemed to be building the anticipation.

Riku looked him in the eyes as he told her that he would be staying for several days. In excitement she leaned up locking their lips for what seemed forever before pulling back. She could hardly believe that he was going to be spending three days with her. That was much longer than any of his other visits and hopefully she could get enough of him in these few days to make the month without him just a little bit painless though she knew no matter how much time she spent with him it wouldn’t be enough.

“Hun, why don’t you just stay here with me? We’ll have the whole mansion to ourselves other than a few guards.” After saying this she realized that it was already late and she would have to reorganize the papers that had fallen off of her desk back into their respective ranks, but that could wait until Sato left.

After she had said this she grabbed Sato by the hand and jerked her out the door and across the hallway to her bedroom. After closing the door she sat on the bed innocently looking at Sato as she began to talk, “I hope you don’t mind sharing a bed. Also don’t get any ideas mister I’m just being hospitable.” After saying this she gave a slight chuckle at her comment before looking back at Sato and trying to gesture him over to sit next to her on the bed.

[Satoshi]

Satoshi smiled when he heard the words he wanted to hear. He lifted his head and gave her an appreciated nod. He wanted to hug her again, but before he was able to do so, he was yanked from his standing position and pulled across the hallway into her bedroom. He laughed through his nose, remembering exactly how strong she is, he stretched his neck around and looked back at Riku as she sat down at her bed. He looked around and didn't see another bed lying around.

“I hope you don’t mind sharing a bed. Also don’t get any ideas mister I’m just being hospitable." He chuckled again and walked over and sat down next to her. With a small smile, he tuned to her and couldn't keep himself from laughing. He was indeed glad to see her after a being at home training his students.

"I wouldn't even dare do anything to make you mad. I remembered what happened last time." He reminisces about the last time he stepped over a line and was launched clear across the room, possibly through a wall, he didn't remember because he was out cold. It was something he definitely regret attempting, but this time, he wasn't going to cross that line. He was smarter than to pull the same thing twice. If anything, she'd have to be the one to break the boundaries. Deep down, it wasn't what Satoshi was looking for tonight. It was just the feeling of security when he's around Riku.

He slowly bounced himself on the bed, testing out the strength of it, making sure it would support him too. It seemed to be doing alright. He traveled nearly all day to get to Kirigakure, and it was getting kinda late. He felt himself getting a bit tired, but it was probably from finally settling down like this. He leaned to one side, but quickly threw himself to the other and leaned his tired head against Riku's shoulder. How warm she was; even though she's the Kage of this Village, it seemed not to effect her body. He leaned against her more; his body was fading out more as it was all catching up to him again. So many changes have coursed through him, and the whole sense of it all has become even more significant. He didn't want to let go of that feeling. He just wanted to finally rest, and slow down with someone he cared for; with someone he trusted his heart to after so long of being alone. He was happy... and at the same time, he was afraid of it leaving him again.

He placed his hand over Riku's, taking it in his grasp, squeezed lightly. "A few days of this, and I won't want to leave.

[Riku]

Riku laughed as he brought up the time he had crossed the physical line in their relationship. The reason it had turned out so bad was because it was so early in their relationship, and even though she wanted to extend their relationship to have a more physical aspect she wanted to make sure that Satoshi really loved her and wouldn’t take advantage of her if they ever became more intimate. This wasn’t a time to reminisce about their relationship no matter how wonderful it would be to look back on everything they had been through. However since their time together was limited she wanted to live for the present and everything that they would do together in these few days.

After he leaned his head on her shoulder as he seemed to feel the ware from the time he had spent to get here and the time spent training his students. His movements seemed to exemplified how tire he truly was. With a tired movement he put her hand in his and said; “A few days of this, and I won't want to leave”. In response Riku pulled him into a laying position on the bed where she pulled his lips to hers giving him a small kiss.

“Hun I need to get into something more comfortable to sleep in. I hope you brought some extra clothes to change into if not I’m sure we can buy some for you.”As soon as she said this she slowly pulled herself over to her dresser where she took out some folded clothes after grabbing these she headed into the bathroom connected to the bedroom so she could change her clothes.

After about a minute she emerged wearing a black slip on nightgown. The gown was solid black with a floral design over the chest area and thin straps going up over her shoulders. She ran over to the bedside and jumped landing partially on Sato. After she landed on him she wrapped her arms around him in a sweet embrace. “Hun did you even bring anything to sleep in?” She giggled after saying this as she found a bit of humor in him forgetting to bring clothes however her laughing was interrupted with a deep yawn because she was getting extremely tired.

After giving Sato another kiss she brought her mouth to his ear and she began to whisper. “I love you Sato”
