{`.` chapter ONE
. beginning
Though I walk with a partner I feel alone, As if I'm in my own place, my own zone. Because you can tell by the way I speak, my tone, That hopefully I have to never.........go back home.
Her voice rattled in his head the entire time, she was a goddess, although she acts the same way as he does, when he is angry. In the background, her thoughts were his, they shared a bond, one like no other. Was it love, or another force that kept pulling them away, but keeping them close? Ekyra could hear his heart beating, as well as hers, they beat to the same rythym, blissful. The sound of a clock rotating sprung into his mind, maybe it was telling him that time was somehow.....running short. Though he would wait for her. She talked of their love the entire time they were waiting on their adversaries, but the young warrior did not mind it at all. She held a smile on her face everytime she was..... around him, though she turned into a blood thirsty woman when they become seperated. In her mind, he is better, and in his mind, she is, and not in the ways of power, but in the concept of life...... they treasured each others life more than their own, that was...... their love. His eyelids dropped the final time, and once more...he saw himself in a mirror, and now with Ekyra at his side, though they had not been looking in the mirror, but at each other, their hands slowly crept over each others bodies, treasuring each other with each passing moment.
If only...it weren't a dream...I could love you like I wanted to....

{Licia is still passed out}
Licia sat in her room. The king of hell was messing with her, she knew this from how her father had reacted to her drinking his tea. She sighed loudly, she could do naught but read her books, but only those that she had gathered before she left the village. She completely cleared two of the books, without feeling tired, and started to move on to the third. Checking the title, her eyes grew wide.
The King of Hell
There in big bold letters those words were inscribed on the spine of the book. She cracked it open and started to read, hoping to find anything that could aid her in the dispelling of this curse. Halfway through the book, she slammed it shut, she had a brilliant idea. Licia walked out of her room, up to her father. Hours had passed and Hiara was still sitting and drinking tea. Licia walked directly up to him, grabbing one of his cups. She slammed it on the ground, shattering it.
Her father stood up, glaring at her. He yelled, bellows that echoed through the house. Licia stayed still, unmoving. Hiara's eyes began to glow an eerie reddish color and he transformed into a large beast, dark mist flooding through the house; It was the demon she had summoned while Shiro was fighting Kamebunta. He bent down and got in Licia's face, smiling widely. It moved it's arm back and slammed it's fist into her chest, sending her flying into a wall, smashing into her room.
There came a bellowing laughter throughout the dark house.
Everything paused as the laughter stopped. "Little Licia, do you not understand that I control all? Do you really think you can beat me, you aren't near strong enough to resist my power...", His dark voice called. The King of Hell's bellowing laughter echoed through the house once more, ending abruptly. Licia stepped back through the doorway, unharmed. The demon that stood before her took a few steps, no doubt under the control of the King of Hell. Again, he bent down and puled his arm back, readying to punch her again. The King of hell could be heard clearly commanding the demon, but suddenly it stopped, refusing to answer. The dark mist that had been obscuring the house began to clear. Upon closer inspection, the demon's eyes could be seen glowing a bright red color.
"What are you doing?"
The King of Hell's voice had a panicked tone to it that time. Licia's eyes were now fully her pupils and were glowing very brightly. Across her face the was a wide smile. The King of hell had been confused and had lost control of the demon, starting to lose control of his illusion. his thoughts could now clearly be heard by Licia. "What is happening here... This cannot be', he thought.
"You are in my head, you will play by my rules now
" Licia's delicate voice floated around, lingering in the air.[/blockquote]

The whole travel back towards the gate seemed to take forever. Not due to the giant sand maze the building laid out, but because of the numerous thoughts fluttering through Jin's head. The strongest thought being... "How the hell did I end up here?" It was a mere half an hour ago when he had brought his blade down on a victim, as if he was smiting an unshaped sword fresh off the fire. And with the oddest and rarest events, he was now traveling to go meet a Mokuton shinobi named Shiro. And though he was running, the speed his brain was working at, made it feel as if he were crawling towards the gates.
In addition to that, his eyes kept getting caught on the smiling faces all throughout the village. The snow was still falling, and the children, as well as the adults were out and about. This was probably the first sight of snow for a large majority, and they were seeing it in one of the hottest and driest places known to the shinobi. Right now he felt as if he were a prophet giving these people a miracle. Power seemed to surge endlessly through his body, despite the fact he was no stronger than when he first entered. It was just the reactions they he got that sparked his adrenaline a bit. The feeling was incredible, but dangerous as well. This was the exact thing that led to a corrupted soul, and Jin would not fall victim to the illness. With a long deep breath, the butterfly feeling in his stomach died along with the wicked thoughts that began to build up.
Jin leaped the last building and standing with the same chocolate-haired female. Together they seemed like a couple from the movie, and Jin felt a bit of disrespect towards himself for interrupting the moment. Slowly falling through the air from the leap, he landed on a thin stone fence, and dashed quickly towards the end. Placing a strong foot on the last post of the fence, the cloaked figure shot up to an extreme hight, and landed gracefully a yard or two away from them. He looked at Shiro, yet said nothing and gave a simple nod.

Saito took a deep breath. "Damnit, another babysitting mission." He said making his way to the village gates. He took his time because quite frankly he wasn't worried about the kazekage one bit. He had probably just gotten lost. A village would not be stupid enough to attack him because it would start a mojor war. The mist, because of there shear numbers, would be the only village stupid enough to do something like that. Saito began to make his way up to the shinobi that seemed to be waiting for him. Saito tossed the coin up high and caught it. "Heads we leave him, Tails we go find him." He said to the shinobi who were standing before him. "Hmm, Kidding." He said slowly because it didnt seem to get a reaction. "Lets head out." Saito said as if it were a large chore. "This is such a drag."

{She awakens!!}
Licia, in her unconscious states, moved slightly. She was propped against a nearby wall until they left.
In her head, there was something very different going on. She could clearly hear the king of hells thoughts; He was starting to panic. Dedrin stood before her, in her own home. All this was fake, simple illusions made up by the king of hell to control her, to take her body and use it for his own purposes. Now, however, it would seem that she was more in control of his than he of her. "What are you doing?", he asked harshly. It was clear that he didn't like to be controlled in such a manor.
"So, you have forgotten much, haven't you. It seems that you've forgotten your deal with my Distant Grandfather, haven't you. Do you think I don't read, do you think me a fool?", she asked. The King of Hell didn't respond, leaving silence to fill the house. Licia laughed loudly,"Dedrin, your services are no longer needed here. You may leave", she said lightly. The King of Hell could be heard beckoning the demon to remain in place, but it did nothing, the Demon vanished into a puff of smoke.
"You see, 'King', you made a deal with my relative, Sylvin. Don't you remember this? Deal deal allotted our clan the power to have your full powers in our own realm, powers that could beat yours in our own realms. You see, you can do naught to stop me lest you were to come before me and fight me in the real world. Ha! You are nothing more than a meager old man in my realm!", she called. The King's laughter echoed through the house. "Very good Licia, you've come to realize this... But however, my power corrupts all who wish to use it... Be very careful, one day you will not be able to stop me", he said in an attempt to scare her.
"There is your other problem. The deal stated that the powers were to be used to fulfill our desires, not matter what they be; You never limited it to any one thing, a foolish mistake. You must remember Lyuin, correct? How he defeated your pawn? My desire shall forever be to oppose you, and your powers will help me do such. I am afraid that there is no beating me here...", she finished. The demon king didn't respond and the illusion swirled away. Blackness surrounded her, silence conquered all.
Slowly the light flooded back to her and she took a breath of air. She found herself propped against a wall with several unfamiliar people in the area. She stood and walked over to Shiro, the only that was familiar, and stood silently, waiting to find out what was going on.

Long live the king, for many years. Moving through the dense forest now, leaving behind the vast desert from whence he came from. The battle had been quite short to tell the truth. Nothing littered his mind now, other then the safety of his village. The sun was misted out from the dense woodland area in which he ran in. Moving to the side of tree branches which seemed to jump out. Black hair flickering up, the wetness from the previous rain had left it, feeling quite moist. The temperature of the forest was cold, shadows cumbering all around, dark presence shrouding. This unknown lands, never bothering to be explored, seemed to give off an odd aura. Mysterious unannounced animals may have littered this area as well, maybe even the legend of the Onbaa.
Moving fast through the heavily placed lands before him, he would seem to shoot out above the three that were on the mission. Ignoring them, only ideas of returning to his village were at mind. It would seem to be slow, alarming, and surprising of how this encountering went. Flying through the air moving towards a tree branch to land on, Kenshi would leer at the three below. They were probably staring at him as well, his silky scar flung around close to him, seeming never to touch anything or get snagged. Kenshi would continue, upon looking at them, he would land upon his destined branch and move out. Running at a sprinting speed to make it back to his village.
Not giving a word of welcome or information. The Kazekage jetted off in a hurry. What matter of importance does his ordnance follow?
[EXIT INTO VILLAGE. Mission Complete, Falco, Jin.... -Sigh-]
