Alright, I'm seeing a few issues here I'd like to address. I'm not here to snipe at you guys.....for now. I'm merely here to make suggestions for you guys to become a better board.
1. Slim Down on Staff
There's no sense in having 10 staff members on a board as small as this yet. There will always be one or two people on your staff who will disagree, and that will cause argument and discord. I'd say take it down to the best 5 or 6 you have, and keep the other 4 or 5 in the wing for when you get about 200-250 members.
2. Don't Appoint Positions
DO NOT appoint people specific jobs. They are staff, and they shouldn't be on staff if you don't trust them enough to take care of the whole board.
3. Pick Good Skins
Never again should you put up a skin like the 3-Tails vs CS2 one. Make your skins original, but Naruto related.
4. ALLOW CLAN CREATION
People really can't create progressively powerful characters without this and you could use it to your advantage in the plot later.

First, before I say anything, I'd like to mention that we appreciate your suggestions. However as your own title suggests, your suggestions are directed towards the head of our site. Thus, they should have gone to the head of the site instead of being made public. I understand that public opinion is sometimes best for a suggestion, however these are certainly not general suggestions.
As an added note I've removed the advertisement in your post and will ignore it for now.
1) If we have disagreements in the staff that aren't to be handled by one or two Heads, then it is better to have more staff. Not worse. With this large of a staff approvals also move faster, we have a constant online member (if not several) and it provides us with a greater control over the board. Besides your personal opinion, there is no reason to reduce our staff. Also, in the future, specific suggestions such as this can go directly to our Heads of Staff. Besides obvious personal reasons, this is a topic that is to be discussed in private, not with the public.
2) Since you're very vague and I don't know the specifics you're suggesting, I'll break our current staff rankings down to you.
We have our Owner, Kanai. He is the head administrator & acts accordingly, dealing with all issues. However most issues can be resolved by the staff under him, starting with Nekura and Alexandra who are our two Co-Owners. Nekura deals with the board matters and Alexandra is a graphics artist. Both can and do act as Global Moderators along with their additional jobs. As an added note, Alexandra is currently unable to access a computer and is unavailable for an uncertain amount of time. We hope she'll be returning soon.
Our next group are our Head Moderators, which consist of Staff and Roleplay. The Heads of Staff are Haru Takashi and Scar Natsumi, who deal with suggestions such as this as they appoint and control the staff. Working beside them is Satoshi, our Head of Roleplay. He deals with all RP-related material which can include events, accepting and denying, and all problems that may arise such as god-moding or bunnying.
Working under the Heads are the Moderators, which consist of two groups. We have Kai and myself, who are Global Moderators, and Harris and Shiro, who are our Roleplay Moderators. The Global Moderators deal with site problems, including the non-RP related boards and member issues, and also can moderate in the RP forums (accepting and denying mostly). Our Roleplay Moderators are RP-specific and are usually very effective with assisting your RP needs. They can deal with most of the arising problems in any Roleplay-situation and are very capable.
Since we're not breaking staff into any large number of groups, mainly Roleplay & Moderation, I see no reason to simplify it further.
3) I'm not sure what the "3-Tails vs CS2" layout was, however all of our layouts so far were custom-made by our Digital Artists. Thus, I'm going to (unofficially) warn you not to insult them or their work. They are also very capable of making original pieces and having a theme to it, so unless you have very specific suggestions for them that don't consist of "Never again", do not suggest something like this again or insult them in anyway.
4) While I disagree because you can be progressively powerful and not have a Bloodline, and that it has no relevance to the plot, if you feel you can come up with a fair & valid argument, do so. However your one sentence suggestion isn't very convincing.

If this was to fall through, we would either have to get rid of Alexandra or Nekura, because three of the 6 being so strong in power would be a downfall to the form. Next, only one Head Mod would truly be needed. If you intend to downsize, it needs to be done properly.
I completely agree. assign them positions that they are best suited for. I HATE being stuck watching a bunch of God Playing characters approved, and atleast two have been approved since the change in positioning.
Skins are skins. I don't really care if they're Naruto related. over 80% of the proboard forums make some Naruto related, and most not related to Naruto what so ever.
But what about how only a few people go to each clan? I have not seen anyone make a character from a clan made by someone else. I might later on, but that's just to provide a point.

About more Clan creation. There are arguments for both sides.
For more clan creations, one could say that they don't like/fit in with the created clans and would like to make their own clans. To these people, I'd say too bad, if you don't fit in with the clan or just don't like them, then create a non-clan ninja. Several ninja, such as Kakashi, Sakura, Rock Lee, Maito Gai, Tenten, and Naruto, are not from clans, at least not those such as the Uchiha or Nara or Hyuuga that have secret techniques.
Those who are in favor of no clans could say that having one site with 100 members and 70 clans obviously won't have many clans filled, like it should have. Though these clans bring diversity to the whole site, buthaving a clan with only one member is senseless and creating new clans when there are 10+ others with no members is just stupid. As you can tell, I am in favor of not allowing anymore clans until more people join, or more people join other clans. Whichever happens first...

Yakushi Momochi Hoshigaki Sai's Clan Umino Haruno (Though we know there's multiple members) Jiraiya and Orochimaru's Clans Namikaze Fuuma (Rain Country) Kaguya (Even though we know there WERE more) Sakon/Ukon's Clan Mitarashi Suigetsu's Clan Gai's Clan Lee's Clan Tenten's Clan Hatake Yuuhi Tayuya's Clan Nii Hayate Hagane Shizune's Clan Jirobou's Clan Who's to say that these clans don't have other members AND unique Jutsu and Kekkei Genkai. I'm all for not all clans having Kekkei Genkai, because like the Yamanaka and Nara Clans, some clans just have unique jutsus. But how can clans not be allowed because of the possibility of 100 members and 70 clans when you look at this? |

The Kaguya clan was destroyed, Kimimaro explained that out in full. And look at all the clans you listed, 24, which of those clans have, that we know of, Kekkei Genkai? I counted three that have techniques specifically listed as such. Three out of twenty-four? The whole point of this is that creating a clan, as has been shown here and why you want more clans, is so that people can have a ninja with a specific skill that no one can have because of the bloodline limit. Clans don't always have Kekkei Genkai, but everyone wants to make one with them, that is a good reason to limit them. I don't see a problem with Clans that don't have Kekkei Genkai. And yes, I created a Clan with a Kekkei Genkai, but, then again, I created it before the limit and before there were many clans. |

....Like I said....who's to say they don't all have specific jutsus or Kekkei Genkai's that we just don't know of yet. We know Zabuza, Jirobou, Yugito, and Shizune didn't display any unique ability, but whose to say the other's don't have one?
