I've had a lot of experience with modding, I've been rping for 5 years-- and I've had a fair share of experience on the sites staff team. ( I'm not saying just because anyones rped for 5 years they'll have modding experience )... On many sites I've actually been seated as Admin or gmod because friends made them xD

Why should I hire you?:
haru makes smexy graphics

Haru is extremely anal when it comes to characters bios, she'll rip apart the character until he's/she's perfect o.o _{(crappy reason P:)}

How would you show discipline?:
Normally you guys ban a member -coughfornogoodreasoncough- xD, personally I would give out 3 warnings before I do anything. If someone is being disrespected, spamming or harassing another member I would ban them.

Why should I hire you?:Because you are nice and kind and generous... Did it work? Nah, cause I are teh greatness and know what I am doing. If anything comes up that I don't know how to deal with, I consult with the admins.

How would you show dicipline?: I rule with an Iron fist. Rules are to be followed down to the letter, if not, punishment shall be swift.

Experience In Modding?:yes i have been apart of the site staff on about over 50 other sites of many kinds. And most have been successfull becausei had helped out the owners with some stuff anf convinced them not to give up on the site.
Why should I hire you?:
Well i know i've made a few mistakes on this site but i think you should hire me because i'm fair i won't just unapprove a person's thing just because one thing isn't right. I'll work with them to get it right especially if it's their first character i will. i will let someoen know that what their doing is wrong and tell them so shape up a little, and i know alot about Naruto so i know what would be impossible for someone to do, like I.E. a brand new genin stiking his finger in a kunai, that has an explosive tag wrapped on it, hole and catching it and nothing happening.
but mainly because i know that being a moderator means that you must be as active as possible, which i am, and you must work hard and give your full dedication to making the site better for eveyone.
How would you show dicipline?:
like i stated in the previous question i will be fair and try to work with the members to make sure they get their characters approved nice and smoothly. i'll do thw basic warning then ban, but i may give them a second warning depending on what they did.

Why should I hire you?: Well, not gonna give you a flashy explanation. I've been rping for about four years, and modding for 3. It's obvious, I'm not bad at rping. I take pride in what and how I grade anything. I can make this forum more strict, not halting people from having their characters, but rather, making them express what tehy can do wit those characters better.

How would you show discipline?: Like i said, I show a strong will for proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and all that jazz. I'm from forums, where mandatory history length is 1000-1500 words, personality's, four paragraphs. So, I could show that type of strictness here, but following the minimum requirements that are also here. Add on, forgot, I don't take a lot of shit. If someone breaks a minor rule, I'll tell them, but after 2 strike for a minor rule, I'm banning, if I have the leeway too.

Why should I hire you?: Unlike others, the word moderator does not get to my head. I know that being a moderator means much work and dedication to your job, and not just bossing people around. I understand everything a moderator must do and how they must handle certain situations.

How would you show dicipline?: Discipline is a hard thing to show, but sadly it has to be done. First off, warnings must be handed off to those people that are breaking the rules of the site. Simply to say, not having knowledge of the rules would have one getting warning bars all the time, so everytime I would give a warning, I would probably direct the person to read the rules once more just to make sure that they do not do it again.

When others disturb the site, like spammers, there is nothing to do but ban them without question because all they come to do is make your site look horrible. I know all types of regulations and punishments, and I have read through all the rules, so discipline comes through practice.

While I've only been Rping for about a year and modding for about 4 months, I believe that creativity should be expressed at the highest possible levels, that nothing should really hold you back as long as you fall within the rules. I enjoy amazing, intricate character design (being an artist myself) and love seeing how people interact with others.
How would you show discipline?:
I would give out a clear warning once or twice followed by a short ban. If the person comes back afterwards and repeats the action, then perma-ban them.
