After Effects:(Drawbacks) the moon can be broken if hit because it isnt in space.

Description: by utilizing the Tsukikage no jutsu, the user will have the moons either break apart and rain down or they will
shoot blinding lights at there opponent to blind and singe them with a powerfull light of the moons.
After Effects:(Drawbacks) consumes alot of chakra, if moons are destroyed moon abilities revert back to the
strength they had before imbued with a moon power.

unapproved. The Moon is extremely large, and your first technique says you make another moon. that would 1, throw off gravity, causing one of them to crash into the planet, destroying life as we know it, and 2, leave you empty on chakra. in fact, it would take 100s of ninjas to do such a thing
