Drawback: Though it is generally unknown, the seal may just tip off other villages where you are from, which can be troublesome if they are unfriendly with Meirugakure or if trying to move in secret.

Description: A technique specifically designed to be used for communication and is exclusive to the ninja of Meirugekure. Allows communication instantaneously between up to three ninja anywhere in the ninja world. This technique is not limited by space but requires large amounts of chakra for a longer distance. After contact is made, there is no drain on Chakra. The longer the distance, there may be some slight interference in the communication. The user of the technique can connect any ninja in the world, but cannot pinpoint their identity unless they have the seal of Meirugakure no Sato. It is more difficult to broadcast to someone less the seal.
The contact between the, up to, three ninja is a means of either giving or receiving information that pertains to any mission that a ninja may be on in the Organization. It may also be used by those in higher ranks to assign missions to those in need of them. As well as giving and receiving missions, this technique may be used as a signal to send a distress message to those higher ranked to alert to troubled areas or problems.
